To qualify for an exchange or store credit, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Have no signs of wear (no makeup, deodorant, perfume, or stains)
  • Have original tags attached
  • Be returned in original packaging

🚫 Non-Eligible Items

The following items cannot be exchanged or credited:

  • Final sale items
  • Items with visible wear or damage
  • Items returned without tags or original packaging

🎨 Color & Product Disclaimer

  • Colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings
  • Print placement and fabric variations are normal and not considered defects

To maintain your item’s quality:

  • Avoid contact with oils, lotions, and harsh chemicals
  • Follow care instructions on garment tags

🚚 Shipping Issues

If your order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • Customer is responsible for reshipping costs
  • A correct address must be provided before reshipment

🌍 International Orders

  • Customers are responsible for customs fees, VAT, or import taxes
  • If a package is refused or rejected, no refunds will be issued
  • Store credit may be issued once the item is returned in original condition
