- Have no signs of wear (no makeup, deodorant, perfume, or stains)
- Have original tags attached
- Be returned in original packaging
🚫 Non-Eligible Items
The following items cannot be exchanged or credited:
- Final sale items
- Items with visible wear or damage
- Items returned without tags or original packaging

- Colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings
- Print placement and fabric variations are normal and not considered defects
To maintain your item’s quality:
- Avoid contact with oils, lotions, and harsh chemicals
- Follow care instructions on garment tags
🚚 Shipping Issues
If your order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- Customer is responsible for reshipping costs
- A correct address must be provided before reshipment

- Customers are responsible for customs fees, VAT, or import taxes
- If a package is refused or rejected, no refunds will be issued
- Store credit may be issued once the item is returned in original condition
